Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3
business days after payment has been received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays. During sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take a little longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Cristinasbeautycosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been delivered according to the carrier's tracking information, Cristinas Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will be happy to assist you with any information available to us.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged package and products so we can review the situation and assist
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $8.00
- Express Shipping: $15.00
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Processing time is additional.
